We’re a Print-on-Demand apparel brand that blends bold design with sustainability. Every item is made-to-order through Printify’s trusted merchants, which means no overproduction, no wasted stock—only premium quality.

2. How does Print-on-Demand work?

When you place an order, it’s sent directly to our production partner. Your product is then created just for you and shipped straight to your doorstep. This ensures high quality and zero excess inventory.

3. Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide 🌍. Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • USA: 5-7 business days after processing

  • International: 10–20 business days depending on customs

4. How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location, product type, and quantity.

5. How long does processing take?

Processing typically takes 2–5 business days after your payment is confirmed. During holidays or sales, it may take a little longer.

6. Do you accept returns?

Yes — we have a 30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Please email info@thegoatamongsharks.com to start a return.

7. Can I exchange an item?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. Instead, return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

8. What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please email info@thegoatamongsharks.com immediately with your order details and photos. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

9. Do you ship internationally with duties/taxes included?

International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

10. How do refunds work?

Once your return is approved and received, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

11. Are sale items refundable?

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
